During the pandemic,travel was restricted, IMPORTFOOD optimized the services and continued to establish cooperation bridges and sales channels for partner brands entering the Chinese market. 

In October 2022, international member SQ Portugal Lda. successfully cooperated with one of the Chinese distributors recommended by IMPORTFOOD, Ganaotai Trade Co., Ltd. The entire process, from inquiry to confirmed cooperation, took less than a month for the first order. 

During the critical period of cooperation, where trust was lacking due to the first-time collaboration, IMPORTFOOD actively communicated and interacted with the two companies to establish mutual trust. As a result, they successfully reached the trade agreement for chocolates. Both of them highly praised the work of IMPORTFOOD.
