As a Bavarian family business, we have been refining fresh alpine milk from the region to delicious, high-quality and uncomplicated cheese specialities for over 115 years. Our most important ingredient, the fresh alpine milk, comes from over 12,000 cows of our around 250-farm partners within a radius of max. 50 kilometers. Many have been working with Alpenhain for generations and are practically part of the family. All our products are vegetarian and without the addition of flavor enhancers, preservatives and dyes. Word got around. Because now Alpenhain is represented in over 40 countries all over the world.
