Pasta and Bakery Product


From the entrepreneurship of Giovanni Pazienza, in 1989 it was established a tiny laboratory of fresh pasta located at the heart of Tavoliere delle Puglie (famous for the remarkable production of high quality wheats), right after that the company was converted for the production of dry pasta and later on developed for the processing of Apulian traditional bakery products, Taralli.


The development, fantasy, experience, the growth on overseas markets, courage to take a chance and a pinch of good fortune contributed to make possible what today is the P.A.P. s.r.l. company: more than 200 different products / Total area: 20000 sqm / Pasta: 8 production lines, 7 packaging lines / Bakery products: 3 production lines, 2 packaging lines /3 different storehouses arranged with goods for Italian market and products dispatched for overseas market / more than 40 staff members who are the pulse of the company!
Reached the second generation with Felice and Luigi, Giovanni’s sons who assist him already from several years, the company aims the continuous qualitative improvement and a better service provision, attempting to meet the more demanding requests by the customers, from Italy and all around the world.
